This Agreement is a contract between the customer (“You”) and Hermitage Quality Wines Pte Ltd (“us”, “our”, “we”, “Hermitage Quality Wines”) (UEN No. 201210904D), a private limited company registered in Singapore and the office address is at 10 Anson Road #02-94A International Plaza Singapore 079903 (“the Company”).
Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the site. By completing the customer registration process and/or placing an order on the Company’s website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by the same.
The Company reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions here in without notice. Your continued use of the website or the services of the Company after any such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register, and to purchase alcohol within Singapore and on the Company’s website. By placing an order on the Company’s website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
By registering an account making a purchase on this website, you agree to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. It is your responsibility to ensure that changes to your personal details are updated immediately.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel your registration.
To the extent permitted by law, Hermitage Quality Wines reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an Order to be placed, for any loss or damage of any kind Wine Culture may suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.
Prices quoted for all Goods and Services are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or Duty.
The Company reserves the right to vary the prices of its Goods and Services without notice to you.
In the event that you are overcharged for any Goods and Services, you shall be refunded the difference within 14 business days.
In the event that the Company under-priced any Goods and Services, the Company shall not be obliged to provide that Goods and Services to you at the incorrect price. The Company shall, at its sole discretion, do either of the following:
1. Contact you and enquire if you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or
2. Cancel your order and refund you within 14 business days any payments you have made.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All orders placed on the Company’s website are subject to the Company’s acceptance of the order and availability of the goods at the time of order. In the event that the Goods ordered are not available, the Company shall contact you through the means you have provided it at registration to inform you of alternative options.
In the event you choose not to accept our suggested alternatives or change your original order, we will ship out the available items minus the out-of-stock items or cancel the order on your behalf as applicable.
You shall make full payment for the Goods upon placement of your order on the Company’s website. Delivery of your order will only be made once full payment for the Goods has been received by the Company.
Please follow the steps below:

2. Create or Login to your account/ or Continue as a Guest
3. Enter your shipping information
4. Confirm your order
5. Orders can be paid through the various payment modes indicated on the website.
Orders may be delayed by transfers of money or credit card authorisations not being confirmed by the respective banks. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their bank to speed up this process if the order is required urgently.
The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract. A contract is made only when we accept your order and have processed your payment.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive the following emails to the email address specified in your account:
The first email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Once the payment is confirmed, the second email with invoice enclosed will be sent. We will contact you with regards to delivery.
Delivery Options and Charges
FREE/$30 Standard Delivery 2 working days
Orders of $300 (per delivery address) are delivered FREE of charge throughout Singapore.
The Company delivers between 12.00 pm and 6.00 pm, from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.
We endeavour to deliver within 2 working days from the receipt of your order and its full payment.
The company staff will contact you to confirm the date of delivery.
The Company offers a delivery service for orders of less than $300 (excluding delivery charge), chargeable at $30 per delivery address within Singapore.
$40 Express Delivery 1 working day
The Company offers a Next Working Day (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in the Republic of Singapore) delivery service provided stock is immediately available and it receives your order and its full payment by 12.00 pm on the previous day. This service is offered at a charge of $40 per delivery address, regardless of the value of your order.
Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the order.
Normal delivery hours are between 12.00 pm and 6.00 pm., from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in the Republic of Singapore
All delivery dates and times are approximate and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, however caused.
Whilst the Company makes every effort to deliver your Goods by the agreed time, the Company shall not be liable if it fails to do so in part or in full due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, fire, natural disasters, future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, Act of God, or failure of the telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
In the event that delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to the unforeseen circumstances listed above, the Company shall contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
The Goods shall be delivered to the address specified on your order.
The Goods shall be signed for/acknowledged at the time of delivery. Anyone at the address specified on your order who receives the Goods shall be presumed by the Company or its agents to be authorized to receive the Goods on your behalf.
In circumstances where no persons are available to sign for the delivery of the Goods at the address specified on your order, the Company shall accept your instructions as stated in your order as to where to leave the Goods, and you shall bear full liability for any loss of or damage to the Goods arising therefrom.
Delivery of Goods to addresses within Singapore shall be made within 2 working days from the day the order is placed and its full payment is received by the Company, unless otherwise requested when you place your order.
Once the Goods have been delivered, they shall be held at your own risk and the Company shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Goods thereon.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
We reserve the right to charge for the re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the customer, including but not limited to the intended address at which the goods are to be delivered. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods at the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
Please note that if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slots, The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer re-delivery fee of S$30.00.
PICK UP OF ORDER FROM OUR OUTLETS
Customers can choose to pick up bottles purchased online (no min. amount required) at either our bar or office location from Noon to 6 PM within 2 working days.
Our staff will contact you to confirm the availability of your order for pickup at the preferred outlet selected.

CONDITION OF WINE
Inspection and Returns Policy
Customers are advised to, and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods upon delivery.
Any wrong items, damages or incorrect quantities should be reported to Hermitage Quality Wines on the day of delivery for corrective action.
Hermitage Quality Wines makes every effort to ensure that all products sold are of high quality and we take customer satisfaction seriously.
Wines and spirits age and mature in different ways within the bottles and it is beyond our control on top of all reasonable attempts that we could ensure the good condition of the wine. Hence, we cannot accept returns for any wines should they be corked, tainted or fatigued in any way and we shall not bear any liability based on subjective judgements of wine taste or drinkability.
*Please be reminded that wines are purchased at buyers’ risk. We do not accept return or refund after customer has agreed to purchase.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
The Company shall be responsible for insuring the Goods until the customer’s delivery and/or instructions for receipt have been completed. Risk of loss of or damage to the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery.
The Company shall not be liable for any fault or deterioration in the Goods it sells to you after its delivery to you as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or from your inappropriate handling or storage.
The Company shall not be liable for any risks including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential risks that you decide to undertake, save as herein expressly provided otherwise.
All Goods shall remain the property of the Company until payment is received in full.
Placing an order on the Company’s website does not constitute a contract. A contract is made only when the Company accepts your order and have processed your payment. The Company reserves the right to decline acceptance of your order.
The contents of the Company’s website are protected by copyright, trademarks, database right and all relevant intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the contents of the Company’s website on a computer screen, store such contents in electronic form on disk or print one copy of such contents for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, reproduce, repost, create derivative works or in any way use for commercial purposes any of the materials or contents on the Company’s website without its written permission.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
The Company shall exercise reasonable care in ensuring that the contents of its website are correct to the best of its knowledge.
The Company makes all reasonable endeavours to ensure the integrity and security of the server. The Company do not guarantee that the server will be free from unauthorised use or hacking.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees arising from or related to your use of this website, or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provisions of this agreement.
Neither party shall be liable to each other for failure in the performance of any of the obligations imposed by the terms and conditions on this website arising from an act of God, war, sabotage, rebellion, riots, hostile activities, interruptions of transportation or inability to obtain necessary labour, materials of facilities, default of any supplier, acts of governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, regulations or restrictions imposed by law, regulations or by court action, fires, explosion, floods, storms or other catastrophes, (whether or not the kind described herein) over which the affected party has no reasonable control and which is of such nature as to make timely compliance impracticable.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. By accessing this website, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
